By using TOYFORGE, you agree to our standard terms of sale, shipping, and returns. All custom designs remain the intellectual property of their creators.

Demo-mode caveat

Until the demo banner is removed, no contract of sale exists. The store displays real product designs and real pricing, but no order placed through the site creates a legal obligation to ship goods or to pay.

Orders and pricing (Phase 2)

When real commerce goes live, an order is accepted when we send the dispatch confirmation email, not at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if a price is listed in error.

Custom prints

Custom designs you commission are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless defective. Reference images and briefs you send us remain yours; our printing process, tolerances, and hand-finishing remain ours.
