14-day free returns on unopened items. Custom prints are non-returnable.

How to return a piece

Write to toyforgew@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the piece in its original packaging. We reply with a prepaid return label for India orders, or a pre-arranged pickup for international orders.

Refund timing

Once the piece reaches our Indore workshop in re-sellable condition, the refund is initiated within 2 business days back to the original payment method. Bank timelines apply on top.

What is not returnable

Custom prints (anything commissioned for you specifically), hand-tuned finishes you requested post-order, and any piece with visible signs of use, assembly, or tumble damage. A defective piece is not "used" — write to us, we replace defective pieces without quibble.

Defective or damaged in transit

Photograph the packaging before opening if it arrived damaged, then email toyforgew@gmail.com within 48 hours. We replace or refund based on your preference.
